Jake's tribute to Lord Flatley and Farewell to the gingerbread house

I don't think I've mentioned that John bought a trumpet several months ago and has been taking lessons. He played it when he was in junior high. Here are 2 opportunities to showcase his music.

He was playing along with a Christmas CD and suddenly Jake broke out into a Riverdance. We laughed and laughed and laughed.
It still makes me laugh!

We finally decided it was time to say good-bye to Jyson's gingerbread house. We wanted to give it a proper farewell, so John played Taps. Nice job Johnny! Jyson did a great job of keeping a straight face.
Funny boys.

Great videos! Looks like your basement is getting to experience some fun filled memories. All of your hard working has paid off. Okay I seriously need to play Bunko some time. I have never played it and I always hear how crazy and fun it is. Okay 4025 calories, and 2lbs! Wow! Where did you find such a thing. I think that would last Mark only a couple of days. I think that would last for me, a lifetime. That is a BIG box of chocolate! Oh and I love the idea of pillowcases! I might have to make a note of that. That would be a fun tradition and they are easy to make. Good luck with the adoption process! Keep us updated. Hope things are going well. Sometime that you aren't busy lets catch up over lunch or something, maybe during spring break.
